Professor.E offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and archive pieces may be designated as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team via the support portal with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the exterior of the parcel.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Drop off your return at an authorized courier location using the provided prepaid label or a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
